Becca Elias graduated with a BA in dance from Connecticut College where she had the privilege of working with David Dorfman, Lisa Race, Heidi Henderson, Adele Myers, Robyne Watkin, Alexandra Beller, Nicholas Leichter, and Andy LeBeau (Taylor). Her professional pursuits include a recent performance of "underground" with David Dorfman Dance at Lincoln Center, performing throughout northern New Jersey with Dance Innovations Performance Foundation, and presenting her work with her company BE Dance Collective at venues including the Merce Cunningham Studio and Dance New Amsterdam. She is also a devoted educator and her classes can currently be found at Dance Innovations in Chatham, NJ.
