Nicole MahnckeNicole Mahncke
(Artistic Director & Choreographer)

Nicole Mahncke is a choreographer, performer, and dance educator. She is a graduate of Mason Gross School of the Arts, Rutgers University, with a BFA in dance, graduating in 2006. Nicole is the Artistic Director and Choreographer of Nikki Manx Dance Project. Her choreography has been presented throughout NY and NJ at Abrons Arts Center/Henry St. Settlement (NYC), La Belle Époque and Silk City Arts Festival (Paterson, NJ), Loree Theater and Passion Puddle (New Brunswick, NJ), The Two River Theater (Red Bank, NJ), the Bridgewater Senior Center (Susan G. Komen Cancer Benefit), The Grounds for Sculpture (Hamilton, NJ), and HATCH presenting series at Jennifer Muller/The Works Studio (NYC). Nicole is also a Board Member and Guest Choreographer for Hand-Cap Dance, a dance company for disabled and nondisabled dancers.

Nicole has performed the work of Lauren Beirne, Takiyah Britton, Kelley Donovan and Dancers, EDP Dance Project, Jeanine Durning, John Evans, Cleo Mack, Randy James Dance Works, and Alie Vidich. Nicole has even performed in dance school commercials.

Nicole enjoys spending most of her time teaching all ages and forms of dance throughout private and public schools in New Jersey. Nicole teaches full time at Gotta Dance Inc., a private studio with numerous NJ locations. Nicole also teaches at Dance Education Unlimited in Tenafly, NJ, and at Bergen Community College. Nicole spends the majority of her time sharing her love for dance through dance education and also looks forward to the growth of Nikki Manx Dance Project. Nicole would like to thank her family and friends for their continued support of NMDP and constant inspiration.
