Arts Integration Workshop

AIE is excited to share this professional development opportunity presented by the New Jersey Arts Education Collective! The Collective will present a day of workshops, panels, and discussions to interested teaching artists, arts administrators, and school teams for a deeper understanding of arts integration. Come experience the innovative work being done across the state and learn to create opportunities for arts integration in your practice!

Presented by Bugge Ballet, NMDP will perform Estuary and Roots, with originally composed music from Englewinds Eco Ensemble, using Eco Art from the Teaneck Creek Conservancy. NMDP will perform on the Front Lawn at 1PM and 2:30PM.

Immerse yourself in the beautiful manicured grounds of the Liberty Hall Museum, watching 15 professional dance performances inspired by moments in history. See dancers perform in a hedge maze, dance on a blue front porch and inside the 19th century carriage house, complete with a historical carriage. Try your feet in 18th century country dances of Colonial America and take a tour of the historic mansion. A fun and interactive event for the entire family!

Nikki Manx Dance Project is proud to present "We the People," a tribute to the progression of continued freedom in our nation. NMDP is back for it's third evening length production at The George Frey Center for Arts and Recreation in the Fair Lawn Community Center. Holding true to the company's mission of creating socially conscious dance, every piece in the show will celebrate a different aspect of civil rights. Monumental moments of freedom throughout history will be highlighted with multimedia. The show's collaborators include guest choreographer, Marianne Delehanty presenting her repertory piece, "Voice," with MarDel Dance, and Spoken Word by Justin Woo.
